Strategic Pricing Analysis Next, I will complete and present a Strategic Pricing Analysis (SPA). The SPA determines the value of your property by considering details like the property’s physical location, its overall condition, your home's similarities to and differences from other listed properties, and other issues relating to your property’s desirability to buyers. Out of Town Sellers While it is never an optimal situation, I understand that you may have to leave town before your home is sold. I am pleased to assist you by monitoring your property and seeking out professional maintenance and upkeep assistance. While maintenance and cleaning professionals do charge for their services, employing them will help your property sell more quickly and at a premium over a neglected property. I also act as your local point of contact for all inquiries and offers. This allows you more time to establish yourself and your family in your new home instead of having to concentrate on issues lingering at your old home.
