Consultation The relocation process begins with a consultation together. This can be done over the phone, via email, or in person. I want to learn about about your goals, your needs, and your hopes for your relocation. Our conversation is meant to be as free flowing as possible; as no two buyers are ever the same, no two conversations are ever the same. Your Search Our next step is to search homes based upon your needs. It will be my pleasure to email, fax, or physically mail property data sheets with color photographs and disclosures. If distance is a concern, I can arrange for virtual showings of your potential favorite properties. I will also assemble a team of professionals to assist you with your impending move. No single person should – or even can – attempt to accomplish everything necessary in a home purchase! Part of my service includes providing lists of potential mortgage brokers, competent home inspectors, specialist inspectors, title companies, and any other professionals you require. After picking favorite properties, relocating homebuyers generally arrive in person to review their top choices. I will be happy to suggest suitable lodging. Upon arrival, I will receive you personally, will escort you to your hotel, and and will show you around town. You will also receive a portfolio of information covering your top properties, the surrounding areas, and amenities in and around potential favorite homes. At the conclusion of your visit, I will assist you in finishing your affairs and will escort you to the airport or train station for departure. Relocation is an involved process, but it need not be a daunting or an impossible task. I am ready to serve relocating buyers throughout their entire search.
