This interactive mortgage calculator is provided to help you determine the monthly payment for your mortgage loan.

Calculator Instructions:
  1. Loan Amount:  Enter the amount of money being borrowed, not necessarily the total purchase price of the home.
  2. Interest Rate:  Enter the interest charged on the loan as a normal number.  (It's okay to use a decimal point.  For example, a 6.25% loan should be entered as 6.25.)
  3. Term (in years):  Enter the life of the loan in years.  (For example, a 30 year loan is entered as 30.)
  4. Annual Tax Rate and Annual Insurance:  Enter the total property tax and the total insurance premium for one year.
