From the Internet to Traditional Media - with a Twist!

Potential buyers will not dream about your beautiful renovations, comment on your expensive inclusions, or get excited about your steal of a price if they do not know that your property is even available.  Your home must be marketed creatively to gain the interest of buyers and to beat the competition.

The days of simply holding an open house are through!  Since over 80% of buyers begin on the Internet (Source: National Association of REALTORS®), your Internet advertising must be of the highest quality and must be anywhere a potential buyer could look.  Photographs of the highest quality are standard.  Video tours of your home are the new thing!  Properties that I advertise may appear on:

…and more!

Through the power of syndication, my ads may also appear on competitor websites!  Your property may be featured on sites belonging to Century 21, First Realty, First Weber, Homestead Realty, Ogden, Prudential, Realty Executives, ReMax, Shorewest, and others!

Do you want a special website just for your home?  MansionOnMain.Com?  2337Gardner.Com?  The option for an exclusive custom website is available upon request.  Where does it say that you are limited to following the herd?  What rule says that your property doesn’t deserve its own website?  Realtor Michael Kwiatkowski wants to have a conversation with you about your potential sale.  Please click here to start a conversation with him today.

If 80% of homebuyers begin on the Internet, 20% must start with more traditional media.  Reaching these buyers is still vitally important.  I may place print ads in:

...and any other publication that will help to introduce your home to the right buyers!

My selling strategy employs both traditional and unique methods.  Open houses are a unique opportunity for potential buyers to review your property.  Brokers open houses, special events limited to licensed real estate professionals, give those professionals a chance to review the property and match it to their potential buyers.  Target marketing targets specific groups that may have interest in the property.  Direct mailings can blanket an entire area at a low cost or can enhance a target marketing campaign.  In some circumstances, a reverse prospect search can identify potential buyers based upon previous buying habits.  If trade show advertising is applicable, I will be happy to feature your home at events like the Milwaukee Boat Show, the REALTOR® Home & Garden Show, or at any other appropriate event.  Finally, a brochure box filled with outstanding property brochures goes a long way toward transforming casual interest into active interest.

I look forward to creating a custom marketing plan specially tailored just for you to meet your needs.  Please click here to ask Realtor Michael Kwiatkowski about creating a custom real estate marketing plain tailored to fit your needs.
